Senior citizens from all over the province tour the newly inaugurated Senior Citizens Center of the Municipality of Tobias Fornier. (Inset) Gov. Salvacion Z. Perez and Mayor Orchid Fornier cut the ribbon of the said center, witnessing the event are Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer Lazaro Petinglay and the senior citizens. The citizen center, which is worth 1 million pesos, was funded by the Provincial Government.
